Customers have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Any request submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration. Customers are also responsible for obtaining and purchasing their own return shipping label.
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in original condition, including:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original packaging and tags intact
- No stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
All returned merchandise will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not fully comply with these requirements.
